Our stay at the hotel was great value for money. The room was comfortable and the kitchenette area was nicely equipped. The location was perfect, with a quiet area of town just a 5-minute walk away from Rue Saint Antoine, which had plenty of restaurants, art galleries, and shops. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The only thing that could make the breakfast experience better would be to have a wider variety of options available.

Centrally positioned and just a stretch away from the beach. One of the best values for money I've ever come across with in Cannes from my past experiences. And for those who love to mull over some gourmet breakfast for a fresh and healthy start, a kitchenette with utensils are all there. Leader Price chain outlet with their unbeatable prices and broad choice of superb food stuff is just around the corner to stock up. The Residence (Not to confuse with hotel) is supposed to undergo a full-scale renovation the next year. The value to gain further provided rates kept at the current level

Actually, the announcment for parking facility is misleading. It is only available for small, short cars.

our recent stay in Cannes was amazing, especially with our children. The location of the hotel, just a short walk to the beach and close to the port and Cannes center, exceeded our expectations. The staff was kind and bilingual, and the apartment on the 7th floor was clean and well-kept. The AC and Wi-Fi worked perfectly, allowing us to rest well at night.
poor view from the room.

Friendly staff, nice location, close to the centre.
The WiFi costs 8 euros/hour, works only in the lobby and... well, it barely works at all, even in the lobby. They made us pay extra for the towels (!!!) when checking in, and carry the towels and the bed sheets (!!!) ourselves to the room. Once there, we found the sheets and the towels were already there. "Oh well." the woman said, when I pointed that out. The toilet stank of urin when we arrived, even though there was a "hygene" ribbon around it. The stench never went away. No lights in the ceiling. There was no shampoo or anything like that in the room. When I asked for it in the reception, I got a tiny bottle to share with 2 other people for a week.

The location of the property was excellent; everything was within easy reach like shops, restaurants, and the beach. The property was comfortable and felt clean. The staff was friendly and approachable, they really made an effort to be helpful. There was a pool that was well kept, and the wifi was fast.
One major problem that I encountered was the reception desk was only open till 8 pm. There was no one available once it closed, and I had some questions about the property.

I t was quiet, clean and spacious. ROoms were cleaned daily to my surprise. Only thing was the internet didn't work for first two days - a problem in the building. And the main phone line to reach someone closes after a certain hour, around 6 or so, leaving no one to take calls if you arrive late or have any problems at night. These were the only things to be aware of as they may be a big problem if you need internet or to arrive late or have problems at night as early as 6pm. Even check out was good with time - staying longer than 2 days, you were able to check out a bit later. Very good if you're there for a conference and must attend morning events.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the value for money is outstanding. I was amazed at how affordable it was, especially considering the great location near the old harbor. The staff were incredibly attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The basic amenities in the room were exactly what I needed, and I appreciated the attention to detail, such as the double beds and small kitchen. Additionally, the breakfast offered was delicious, and I enjoyed starting my day with a satisfying meal.
All aspects of my stay were fantastic.

The location of this hotel is perfect, just beside the old harbor and only 100m from the sea. It's also just a short 5-minute walk to Le Croisette. Another great aspect is the friendly and helpful staff who are bilingual. They made our stay very enjoyable. The rooms are well-kept and clean, with comfortable furniture and double beds. We loved having a balcony on the same level as the trash holders, adding a unique touch to our stay.
Our stay at this hotel was great and there was nothing that we felt could be improved.

The apartment at Appartement Felibriges was perfect for our family with 2 small kids. The rooms were spacious and the kitchenette had everything we needed to prepare meals.
Personally, we would have preferred a balcony in our studio apartment. But others may not mind.

The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the sea. Despite the rainy weather, the hotel staff were extremely helpful and made our stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with free Wi-Fi available. The price we paid for a one bedroom apartment was exceptionally good value, especially considering the time of year we stayed.
Our stay at this hotel was fantastic, with no complaints whatsoever.
